Legacy RV Park Policies, Rules & Terms
Reservation Policy
- Full payment is due at the time of booking for all nightly and weekly reservations.
- Monthly reservations may require a deposit at the time of booking. ● Site requests are welcomed but cannot be guaranteed.
- Management reserves the right to reassign sites when operational needs require, unless the guest has paid the $10 site lock fee.
Arrival & Departure
- Check-In: 2:00 PM
- Check-Out: 12:00 PM
Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee and must be approved by management.
Guests who do not arrive by 12:00 PM on the day following their scheduled arrival without prior notification will be considered a no-show.
No-show reservations are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Early departures
- Weather conditions
- Changes in travel plans
- Guest preference
- Utility interruptions outside of management's control
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 8 or more days prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus any processing fees.
- Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival will receive a 75% refund of the total reservation amount.
- Reservations shortened after arrival are not eligible for refunds.
Failure to properly check out or return any rented resort property may result in additional charges.
All resort store sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
Speed Limit
The maximum speed limit throughout the resort is 10 MPH. Please drive carefully and watch for:
- Children
- Pedestrians
- Pets
- Golf carts and resort vehicles
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
During quiet hours:
- Excessive noise is prohibited.
- Loud music is prohibited.
- Generators may not be operated except during emergencies.
Site Occupancy
- Maximum occupancy is 10 guests per site unless approved by management.
- The base rate includes up to 5 guests.
- Additional guests are subject to a $5 per person fee.
- Only one RV unit is permitted per site.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome at Legacy RV Park.
- Pets must remain on a leash when outside of your RV site or the designated dog park.
- Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of immediately. ● Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or unattended pets may result in removal from the resort.
- Up to 3 pets are included in the base rate.
- Additional pets may be subject to extra fees.
- Maximum of 5 pets per site.
Management reserves the right to refuse any animal displaying aggressive behavior.
Vehicle Policy
- Vehicles must be parked within designated parking areas or your assigned site.
- Parking on roads, landscaping, sidewalks, or vacant sites is prohibited. ● Vehicle maintenance, oil changes, and repairs are prohibited within the resort.
Waste Management
Trash dumpsters and waste containment areas are located throughout the resort.
Guests are responsible for:
- Keeping their site clean and orderly.
- Properly disposing of all garbage and waste.
- Leaving their site in good condition upon departure.
Fire Safety
- Fires are only permitted in approved fire pits and when local regulations allow.
- Please contact the front office regarding current fire restrictions. ● Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
- Propane BBQ grills are permitted.
Guests must use a catch pan or other protective measures to prevent grease stains or damage to resort property.
Guests may be charged for site damage caused by grills, fires, grease, or misuse of equipment.
Pool & Amenities
All amenities are used at your own risk.
- NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Posted amenity rules must be followed.
- Children under the age of 5 are not permitted in the hot tub, per Utah law.
- Swim diapers are required for children who are not fully potty-trained.
- Glass containers and other breakable materials are prohibited within the pool area.
- Pets are not permitted in the pool area at any time.
Management reserves the right to close amenities due to maintenance, weather, or safety concerns without notice.
Smoking, Vaping & Illegal Substances
Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the resort except inside your personal RV or vehicle.
The possession, distribution, or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the resort without refund.
Guest Conduct
Guests and visitors are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and resort property.
The following are prohibited:
- Disorderly conduct
- Harassment
- Threats
- Vandalism
- Illegal activity
- Damage to resort property
Management reserves the right to remove any guest or visitor from the resort without refund for violations of resort policies.
Liability Disclaimer
Guests use the resort, pool, clubhouse, pickleball courts, roads, parking areas, and all other facilities at their own risk.
Legacy RV Park is not responsible for:
- Personal injury
- Theft
- Loss of personal property
- Damage caused by weather, natural disasters, wildlife, or other guests
Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their visitors, pets, vehicles, or equipment.
By making a reservation, checking in, or occupying a site, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all resort rules, policies, and terms.
Terms & Conditions
Assumption of Risk
Guests use Legacy RV Park, including but not limited to the pool, hot tub, clubhouse, pickleball courts, roads, sidewalks, parking areas, and all other facilities and amenities, entirely at their own risk.
Limitation of Liability
Legacy RV Park, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Theft
- Loss of personal property
- Accidents
- Personal injury
- Property damage
- Utility interruptions
- Acts of nature, including weather-related events
- Wildlife encounters
- Damage caused by other guests or third parties
Guests assume full responsibility for their personal property and belongings while staying at the resort.
Damage Responsibility
Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their family members, visitors, pets, vehicles, or equipment.
Any costs associated with repairs, cleaning, replacement, or restoration of resort property may be charged to the guest's account.
Rule Enforcement
Management reserves the right to:
- Refuse service
- Deny admission
- Remove guests or visitors
- Terminate a stay without refund
for violations of resort policies, unsafe behavior, illegal activity, or conduct deemed disruptive to other guests.
Site Assignment
Management reserves the right to change site assignments when necessary due to operational requirements, maintenance needs, or safety concerns.
Guests who purchase a Site Lock Fee will retain their selected site whenever reasonably possible; however, management reserves the right to relocate any reservation in emergency situations or circumstances beyond its control.
Utility Interruptions
While every effort is made to provide uninterrupted utility services and amenities, Legacy RV Park is not liable for temporary outages, service interruptions, maintenance closures, or circumstances beyond management's control.
No refunds or credits will be issued for temporary interruptions of utilities or amenities.
Emergency Situations
Guests must comply with all instructions provided by management, emergency personnel, or local authorities during emergencies.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the resort.
Right to Refuse Service
Legacy RV Park reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a reservation at its sole discretion when necessary to protect the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of guests, staff, and resort property.
Policy Changes
Management reserves the right to amend, modify, or update policies, rules, rates, and terms at any time without prior notice.
Agreement
By making a reservation, checking in, occupying a site, visiting the resort, or using any resort amenity, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with all resort rules, policies, terms, and conditions.
